Maheshvara is the Supreme Lord, thinking of the recreation of the world. Sadashiva is the root cause of the creation. He begins with the creation and is called Svayambhu.
Sadashiva is unmanifest, transforming the lower energies caused by the world’s illusion. He shines as the self-resplendent light bringing forth the five great elements into being Panchmahabhuta Maheshvar, beyond Prakriti und Purusha.
Maheshvara is the witness, well-wisher and nourisher of all beings.
